Me and my daughter have been using the old version (@bioreus UV Kids Milk - DISCONTINUED) so the 1st time I tried this new one, I was surprised how different it is in almost everything.
And honestly, it's always a process for me to understand and love a mineral sunscreen coz unlike chemicals, they're quite hard to blend with the skin, they're usually oily and leave a white cast. But...I also like the thought that it's safe to use for sensitive skin especially for babies and it doesn't harm the reefs π
Despite that it's mineral type. I am including this on my top sunscreens and top spot for the mineral category coz of it's unique formula and suitability to sensitive skin. This blends the easiest from all that I've tried tho yes, it really does take more effort blending compared to it's old chemical version.
And if you'll ask if it leaves a cast. Yes, altho it's not as bad as other mineral sunscreens. On me it blends after a period due to oxidation but the 1st hour it's like I wore a tone-up cream.
It has this very runny texture making it a lot easier to spread and the added SHEA BUTTER makes it moisturizing. So if you have dry-normal skin, I could definitely say this is for you especially now the weather is chilly. But if you already have oily skin and you don't mind using chemical sunscreen, I am not that sure if you'll love this (experience may still differ).
