As now I’m having chemical peeling with WINONA, my skin turns dry and even scaling on my pigmented area. This toner saves me! 🤩I pour it into a cotton pad and put it on my face, especially those areas which are dry, it is able to hydrate💦 my skin and calm my skin down.🌱 It is also fast absorbing even if I layer it 3-5 times.
