rainerallon review for Anthelios XL Comfort Lotion SPF50+

For todays brutally honest review I’ll be talking about the La Roche Posay Anthelios XL Hydrating Melt-in cream sunscreen SPF 50 for face & body. This is a pretty comfortable, creamy sunscreen ☀️ The formula doesn’t sting my skin, even if I’m experiencing sensitivity. Im able to apply this around my eyes & on my eyelids without irritation. This is a broad spectrum SPF 50 with many filters, including: * Octocrylene 7% * Bemotrizinol 5% * Octisalate 5% * Avobenzone 4% * Drometrizole Trisiloxane Mexoryl XL 3% * Titanium Dioxide 2.5% * Ecamsule (Mexoryl SX) 0.5% This is a pretty comfortable formula as the name would suggest. Do note this has alcohol denant near the top of the inactive ingredients, this probably assists in the SPF’s “melt in” ability. This sunscreen doesn’t leave my skin greasy, but the white cast is very obvious. This SPF is advertised to be suitable for Normal to Dry skin - I don’t see this being any less suitable for people with oilier skin. On the bright side, this sunscreen is fragrance free, non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic and tested on sensitive skin under dermatological control 🤩! Although I didn’t love this product, the fact that it’s decent value and doesn’t irritate my skin stops me from wanting to get rid of it! I think this sunscreen will bother me a lot less on my body where I care more about efficacy then performance.
