It felt also like a lip mask once emulsified/spread out onto your lips. It feels super moisturizing once applied. ✋🏻𝓐𝓹𝓹𝓵𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 I find this lip serum applies easily on damp lip skin and creates a nice base for lip makeup. Its also just very smooth on the lip skin with a bit of a tingling sensation from the peppermint. 💨𝓟𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮 I liked this lip serum because it was super moisturizing and didnt dry your lips out. I wish it was hydrating like it claims to be. I don’t experience too much hydration, it’s more moisturizing. When hear the name lip serum, you think of like a serum for your lips which is what I expected this prodcut to mimic. It was kind of dissapointing when the hydration of the lip serum didn’t last all night when I applied it before bed. I kind of woke up with neutral not so hydrated lips but not chapped lips if you know what I mean. I will say this lip serum was super hydrting and moisturizing when combined with petroleum jelly. It works so good with petroleum jelly! I layered those two once and I just continued doing that until I finished the lip serum. So it works super well with petroleum jelly (something more occlusive), but just not so much by itself. 💸𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓬𝓮 This retails for $19/15ml on eviobeauty.com. In my opinion, this pretty expensive for what you get compared to othe k-beauty lip masks that are less than $10 dollars. I would not repurchase this because of the price and could be purchasing more effective lip masks that are cheaper and more well formulated. 🌸𝓢𝓬𝓮𝓷𝓽 This lip serum has a noticeable peppermint smell which I like. Not sure if there’s fragrance in this product thats causing it to smell like a strong peppermint smell. If it’s from the fragrance, I definitely don’t recommend if you have sensitive lip skin because it might break you out on tour lips or you might have extremely irritated/more sensitive lips. 📦𝓟𝓪𝓬𝓴𝓪𝓰𝓲𝓷𝓰 The lip serum content is in a tube with a lip balm applicator which is nice. I definitely dont prefer the applicator as much. I like the wand applicators for lip oils much better because I find it makes less of a mess but this is just personal preference. 𝓞𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓣𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱𝓽𝓼 I really liked this lip serum. I thought it was a decent product that worked better with more occlusive lip products. By itself, its not that great. It didn’t leave my lips dry and ashy, but it also didn’t really do anything for my lips if you know what I mean. Also, because this product has a tingling sensation, not everyone will love it as it kind of stays on for a while. I definitely think that there are better lip products that are cheaper and perform better than this lip serum but it was interesting trying out this product because I’ve never owned a product marketed as “lip serum”.
