Matcha Hydrating Real Sun Screen SPF 50+ PA++++
most korean sunscreens iβve tried are way too greasy/heavy for my oily skin & the humid tropical weather here, but @b_lab_global came through with their new SPF and my faith in k-sunscreens is slowly restoring. π€© hereβs why.
βοΈπ§ππ«π§π¨π₯π: light milky gel.
βοΈπ¦πππ‘π§: typical sunscreen smell with a bit of alcohol scent, goes away sometime after application.
βοΈπππ‘ππ¦π: natural dewy, semi-matte finish. not oily/shiny.
IβM IN LOVE with this baby! it ticks almost all i ever wanted from a sunscreen - no white cast, spreads easily, absorbs crazy fast, semi-matte finish, non-sticky, and most importantly it keeps the shine off my oily skin throughout the day! thereβs a cooling, tingly sensation after initial application which doesnβt bother me, but it might sting a little on compromised area. it gives a slight sheen at first but when dried down, it just leaves a natural healthy glow on the skin which feels hydrating but not oily or greasy at all!
i didnβt experience any pilling but it also depends on the products you layer underneath. itβs lightweight too which make reapplication a breeze. iβm not sure how it will do under makeup as i donβt wear any.
π°πͺπππ π π£π¨π₯ππππ¦π? heck yes! priced as low as $6.90 for 50ml, it is super value for money! not only affordable, it works so beautifully on my skin too. their SPF rating has also been verified so we can all have a peace of mind. if youβre still on the fence, please just try it out! π₯Ί iβd recommend for all skin types except those who are sensitive with alcohol.
contains alcohol denat (4th on inci list) which we all know may dry out the skin and even damage skin barrier for some. not the most ideal for very sensitive skin, though personally i never had any bad reaction towards alcohol in skincare. with that in mind, itβs up to you to decide if itβs something you would like or avoid.
it is also not sweat-proof which is a bummer, but it doesnβt sting my eyes when i sweat!
