Purlisse Watermelon Energizing Aqua Balm is an oil-free, lightweight gel cream that energizes, refreshes, soothes skin while providing hydration and help keep skin healthy and smooth. It does contain fragrance that is a refreshing watermelon scent that I don’t find overpowering. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily but it does leave behind a slight sticky residue on the skin. This hydrates my skin well during the warm months in my AM routine, but not so much in the colder months. My skin is visibly more plump after use and my complexion has a nice glow to it. Works great with other products and I actually find that this works as a pretty decent primer. I would recommend for those who have normal, oily, or combination skin.
