While it has many upsides but the product also burns open acne area. So it does cause a lot of red patches on the skin. 

personally I loved this product, and a lot of others for the brand Q+A .
"The ginger Root moisturizer" helped a lot with my acne and dry t-zone. Was quite affordable. Overall would rate it a 8/10
