Vita C Plus Ascorbic Acid Brightening Toner

This vitamin c toner is one of my holy grail! It aided in clearing up my hyperpigmentation. I find it not over drying nor irritating on my oily/acne prone skin. It has a slightly citrus scent from the orange peel oil and grapefruit peel oil, but dissapates quickly once it quickly absorbs into skin.
