AHA/BHA toner acts as a gentle chemical exfoliant. It is so gentle that it can be used daily and is suitable for sensitive skin as well. Aside from the common ingredients, you would expect in an AHA/BHA toner, there are also two outstanding ingredients: Sodium Hyaluronate – Moisturise the skin and lock the hydration in Vitamin E – protects your skin from free radicals and UVB rays. Skin-clearing toner that gently strips away dull and rough skin, targets pore and preps your skin. Supposedly suitable for all skin types and formulated without Alcohol, Paraben, Benzophenone, Chlorphenesin and Fragrance. Previously, I read about many warnings when it comes to AHA or BHA products so I was cautious with this toner. Over time, I realised that the Face Republic AHA/BHA toner is not one to be afraid of even if you have sensitive skin. The toner does not have a distinctive smell and it gets absorbed into the skin instantly. Even after it was fully absorbed, I am still able to feel the chilly sensation on the surface of my skin. It is not sticky and it does not cause any irritation when used with other products.
