If your skin is dry it might strip your skin also feels tight. Finishing is matte, it has this cooling sensation for a couple of minutes after applying and this is why I hate it. I like the cooling effect but if I apply it around my cheeks area or under eye, my eye hurts. The cooling effect is too strong and the mint scent is a bit artificial to me which is unpleasing.
