SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner has a divine texture that resembles water. For something that provides deep soothing care, this is definitely non-sticky! It has a gentle exfoliating action that removes dead skin cells. It leaves zero stickiness and tackiness. I didn't get any skin irritation from this toner, as it's suitable with sensitive/acne-prone skin.

I have been using this for 1 week, but I can't say if it fades my blemishes. I will continue using this day and night to see its long term effect.
