This is the best toner I've ever used. It contains 1% BHA, which penetrates the skin to clear the dead skin cells stuck in your pores, causing whiteheads and blackheads. Every other night, I use this. To save both the product and the cotton pads, I usually apply three drops directly to my skin without using cotton pads. Cotton pads, on the other hand, are what I use when my skin has to be properly exfoliated.
