Hydro Balance Solution Toner
I am enjoying the watery consistency of this toner. Has bit of a slip to it but absorbs quick than most HA toners. I love layering this because this doesn’t feel like my skin is weighing me down, and simply but surely giving me that ✨fresh✨ hydrating.
I think its too simple for some. I do find it simple or "basic" which is actually not a problem.
