🍃Centella Asiatica, Cica, gotu kola, tiger grass, Madecassoside...call it what you will. One thing that is for sure... this is one botanical superstar! This powerhouse ancient herb, has been all the buzz the past couple years---and appropriately so. Centella asiatica soothes, heals, hydrates, helps fight free radicals, is anti-inflamatory, antimicrobial, and chock full of antioxidants. There isn't a skintype out there, that would not benefit from this holy grail herb. SKIN1004 has become one of my favorite K-Beauty brands I've discovered in the past 6 months! The Tone Brightening Ampoule takes 77% pure Centella, and pairs it with a triple threat of skin brightening MVPs--- 🥇Niacinamide 🏆Vitamin C 🏅Tranexamic Acid The ampoule has a watery texture, and tiny little capsules suspended throughout. Upon application, the beads melt and absorb instantly. My skin has been loving this ampoule, no irritation at all. I am thrilled to add a Vit C/acid back into my routine! I recently started (again) tretinoin again, have had to avoid all acids for a few months. I have noticed an overall more even skintone, and an improvement in my skin's texture.
