Moisture Surge Ey 96-Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate

I recieved a sample of this in a Clinique set that I got for Christmas. I've tried it out for over two weeks just to see the maximum benefits it could give. The first few times I used it I felt a tightening sensation under the eye. As I carried on using it I felt it hydrated my eye area but that's about it.

I feel that my eye area doesn't look much different to before. For the price I definitely wouldn't consider purchasing this again
