lovelypanic review for Intensive Eye Concentrate for Wrinkles

I got this product for free for my honest opinion. Ive used this for about a month. It has a nice consistency. Dries down nicely and absorbs in to the skin. Makes the eyes very hydrated. Not too hydrating that it would make your skin oily. I put it on at night and in the morning and it does decrease eye bags and puffiness. I dont really have dark circles so i cant speak on that. It does plump the skin also. I think its a pretty good eye cream.
