I love this toner because it cleans out the leftover residue after cleansing , plumps my skin by adding hydration . This feels super light weight on skin and yes the finishing of this is non sticky but adds glow. This contains rice extracts so as a result i have noticed instant healthy brightness when i apply this after a tiring day at night. The ricebran oil smoothens and softens my skin .
