Biyangkaaa review for Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner

Reviewing this Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner from @skin1004philippines @skin1004official 💙 This claims to brighten your skin with their special HYALU-CICA FORMULA and AHA+LHA to gently exfoliate your skin revealing white and moisturized skin with anti-aging functionality. *See video for the texture! Key Ingredients: - 74% Cica leaf water - Niacinamide - Different types of HAs - AHA+LHA - Ceramide NP Scent: It has a mild scent like a hint of soap but a kind of refreshing scent. Experience: This is a hydrating toner. I only layer this once because it feels sticky upon application. There are days where this is not sticky. It also foams up when I am applying this on my face so I thought at first I haven't washed well the cleanser in my face but when I use it again next night which I cleanses well it still foams up. To minimize the foaming, I just simply pat the product in my face and not rubbing it too much to avoid foaming. It did brighten my skin for about a week of usage and it controls my oilyness which is a plus point for me. However, I expected this to make my skin plump since it has different types of HAs in it, but I kinda disappointed because it didn't make my skin plump. I know this is just a toner with HAs so it will not make my skin that plump glowy look but I just remember using other brand with HA too and it do the job of making skin plump. I tried using this toner with their sleeping pack and it's where my skin looks plump and glowy! 😍💙 (Will review their sleeping pack next) Final thoughts: It's a good decent toner that didn't caused me breakout or purging. Perfect for brightening and controlling sebum. However it needs to be paired with their sleeping pack for a plump glowy look which makes me think if I will repurchase this or not because in my preference if the toner has HAs, it should be hydrating and make your skin plump. But this did not check that plumpy look which I can get to other HA toner as well. It's still a worth one to try.
