SKINFOOD - Ruby review for Carrot Carotene Moist Effector

Layering hydrating products is really a must this winter so this product is a nice addition to my routine. I use this in my AM routine after I apply my essence. I love the lightweight texture and it makes my skin feel hydrated right after application. I apply a full dropper amount to my face and neck to give my skin its much needed hydration.
