MY EXPERIENCE
A silky, soft almost primer-like opaque cream that's light to the touch and does indeed feel like water drops when spread onto the skin. If you enjoy this kind of texture I would say the sensorial feel is a positive of this cream.
I really had high hopes for this cream due to the great combination of ingredients and having read a lot of positive reviews before deciding to give it a go. It could be a nice product if your skin barrier isn’t compromised.
Sadly after trialing it for about a month (on and off), sadly my face just isn't happy with this. For the first trial period, every time I applied this it stung my skin and made it itchy, tight and caused a lot of little red and irritated dots (which I'm now battling as PIH).
I stopped using it as I thought it could be because of the dehydration/compromised barrier that I had. My skin is now in a much better condition so I gave it another go. Luckily it no longer stings or causes any breakouts but I still find that after the initial nice, waterburst feeling, my skin simply feels tight and neither hydrated nor moisturised.
On top of that this for me is so heavily fragranced - it's like baby powder and Gramma's soapy suds perfume on steroids which lingers and just isn't my jam.
I don't know what about this specifically disagreed so strongly with my skin, it could be the fragrance but unfortunately this was a big no-no for me - YMMV of course since skin and tolerances are so individual.
