SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Cleanser and Waterproof Makeup Remover is a godsend. My go-to eye makeup is very stubborn to remove and often feel like I'm rubbing my poor eyes raw. A bottle is very reasonably priced and lasts me quite a long time. I love using Garnier because: 👁️ I can remove all of my makeup safely and effectively without irritation 👁️No need to rinse (I do if removing foundation) 👁️Free of parabens, fragrance, sulfates and silicone up

I still feel like I have to rub a little harder than desired. Still removes my very stubborn favorites better than anything else I've tried.
