Water consistency No scent Instantly refereshes skin upon application True to its claims that it is lightweight,the consistency of the toner does not have weight or thickness to it. This is really mild and gentle, great for sensitive skin. Although this may be lacking for dry skin types because the moisture it gives is not enough, it may take several layers to achieve the moisture you want Gentle and okay toner for me. Not the kind of toner I would go back to, this can be repurposed as a summer mist.
