No white cast, no oily feeling. 🧘SOOTHING : the refreshing texture is pretty good at soothing, honestly I can feel the soothing feeling as soon as I apply the cream on my face. It is very nice.✨ 💙 MOISTURIZING : I wanna recommend this cica cream to dry skin, normal and combo skin. It can be used as a soothing cream but also an every day moisturizing cream. It plumps, protects and moisturizes my skin all day long. No tight feeling, no dryness. It was a great winter cream for me.
