Anything with this much extracts are a plus in my books! It is unscented and has the consistancy of water. I can feel a drag when I apply it with my hands. As I rub it in, I still rub it in more just as it's drying down, I can feel some of my flaky dry skin ball up and fall off leaving behind the smooth under layer of my skin giving my skin an clearer overall healthy complexion. I find that it's a very effective exfoliating toner. It helps with the next steps in my skincare absorb better. This item is great for anyone that is looking for a toner with some gentle exfoliating action.
