Bio Eau Micellaire Fleur d'Oranger
āØ Garnier Bio Micellar Water with Brightening Orange Blossom
It claims to remove dirt and makeup while giving brightness to the skin. As it's on the bottle, the brand recomend the product for dull, even sensitive skin.
It comes in a huge (400 ml) bottle with a very affordable price. The bottle is made of 100% recycled plastic.
š Notable ingredients:
Salicylic acid
Arginine
Propanediol
Glycerin
Sodium Hydroxide
ā¼ļø It contains alcohol, linalool, limonene.
š My experience:
I prefer using micellar water as first cleanser. Infortunately, this one has a heavy, alcoholic scent, and sometimes I experienced some irritation on my skin and especially in my eyes. It absorbs really fast without tackiness, but it leaves a drying feeling and it can not remove enough dirt and makeup. It contains some great ingredients good for my skin type (oily) and skin concers, but I haven't noticed any benefits using this product.
ā” For me it seems to be green washing, because it says it's bio and has COSMOS EcoCert certification but only 10% of the ingredients are from organic farming.
š” All in all, in my opinion there are a lot of much better micellar waters, even from the brand.
ā” As it contains alcohol, linalool and limonene, I would never ever recomend it for sensitive skin.
