While masking isnt necessary they are fun and relaxing. I really like this mask. Its full of good ingredients. Paraben free, no formaldehyde, synthetic fragrance free, phthalate free, mineral oil free and cruelty free. I bought a couple of these when they were on sale. Me and my husband love to mask together and this is a good one. This one left my skin feeling so hydarted. Would highly recommend.
