Rice Makgeolli Skin Softener
Literally the most hydrating toner out there. For me this is even better than the laniege cream skin toner everyone raves about. If you’re trying to rescue your skin barrier or just going for glass skin, you NEED this!
Not necessarily bad but an interesting rice scent. An actual con could be that it’s not super quick at sinking into your skin.
