Mineral Sun Cream SPF50+/PA++++

product review positives
𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘗𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸. 🔹 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 This mineral sunscreen is formulated with Witch Hazel Extract that offers nutrition and promotes elasticity, Centella Asiatica to soothe and restore the skin's oil-water balance, Calamine to soothe and protect the skin and Zinc Oxide to reflect UV rays. It also offers brightening and wrinkle care. The lightweight, non-sticky firmula doesn't leave a white cast and is free of artificial fragrances. 🔹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 + Very light on the skin + Toned-up look + Natural finish - Long lasting Rosemary scent - Initial whitecast - Difficult to blend in 🔹 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 Nice standard plastic packaging. The sunscreen itself has a light creamy consistency that is easy to spread and not irritating on the skin but pretty difficult to blend. It does contain Rosemary Essential Oil so it does have a scent. The scent is pretty light so I didn't mind at first but I noticed it sticks around for quite some time and I grew to dislike it a little bit more every day. 🔹 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 When you apply this, the whitecast is very noticeable, which I expected from a mineral sunscreen. However, the whitecast disappears almost completely after a few minutes and your skin will get a tone-up look that's really nice and natural. Note that this tone-up look may appear more as a slight whitecast for darker skin tones. As previously mentioned, you really have to take you time blending it in. Personally I take twice as long applying this sunscreen compared to most others. For someone that is often late, this is a big deal breaker. If you don't blend it in well, I even noticed a bit of white residue and some flaking on my skin. I think this is a big disadvantage of mineral sunscreens generally. Once settled down, this sunscreen has a natural finish (not necessarily matte or dewy). It is really light on the skin and not sticky at all, you won't feel anything after applying. I gave this to a friend that would appreciate this more and she liked this a lot! She did also agree about the initial whitecast and had some white residue that didn't absorb well. She also tried it with makeup and it caused a bit of flaking after a few hours. But this goes to show that products are different for everyone! Overall I liked the finish and how it felt on my skin, really top tier, especially for a mineral sunscreen. However, the time to blend it in and the long lasting Rosemary scent really are not it for me, I didn't enjoy applying this. If you prefer mineral sunscreen then this is probably one of the top ones out there but I personally prefer chemical or hybrid sunscreens over this one. 🔹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲: 3.5/5 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲/𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲: €20,50 / 50mL 🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆? Not for me 🔹 [PR] from Picky and Benton, all opinions are mine
