Picky79401 review for Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate

I really like this product and use it almost every night. It definitely tingles your lips but only lasts a few minutes. It also temporarily makes your lips super red and plump but again doesn't last long. The reason I use it is because my lips have become noticeably less dry since using it. I used to have constantly peeling lips but now, they rarely peel. I think my lips may also be *slightly more plump overall.
