Scallion review for Multi-Vitamin Refresh Toner

I was gifted this product free for exchange my honest review. This toner is so special! It doesn’t look like the normal one which is clear. It looks like milk because It contains rice extract. Also it contians 2% niacinamide, which is a very helpful ingredients. It’s still light as a toner, I use it after washing my face immediately, it helps my skin illuminating!
