Super Cica Water-in Toner

Lightweight toner, fragrance and alcohol free. Helps with reducing redness on my skin. Absorbs pretty quickly into the skin.

Does not feel hydrating at all though it claims to be hydrating. Would not recommend for people with dry skin.
