This cleansing balm is solid and has a very creamy consistency. It turns into oil when it comes into contact with your skin and finally transforms into a milky liquid when mixed with water. I love the smell of this cleansing balm! It smells exactly like strawberries! It managed to remove all my makeup including my sunscreen and left my skin feeling soft and nourished! It also didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes! I’ve had a bad experience with cleaning balms, in terms of irritation to my eyes and strong fragrance but this one changed my perspective of them. I don’t know why I didn’t find out about this cleansing balm earlier!
