It is runny cleansing oil and I love it. Pleasant and comfortable to use. Not too greasy. Can't say how effective it is regarding makeup, but for deep cleansing it is great. Has a very delicate orange scent. Super convenient pump and bottle.Turn milky with water better than other cleansing oils I have used.

I do not have sensitive eyes or sensitive skin, but I felt a slight burning sensation in my eyes, even though I do not apply it to the eye area. It does not happen all the time and it is not something I would because of giving up use.
