Contains of 65% propolis extract, honey, royal jelly, and propanthenol which are good for moisturizing and calming redness. It has a runny texture, like water but still has concistency. It smells sweet like honey. The first thing I noticed is its moisturizing effect. For oily skin like me, it moisturizes enough my skin. We can also layer this toner as much as our skin can handle it 😁
