Balancing Toner with Prebiotic

It's easily found in stores (atleast where I live). It has a good texture, I used it with a cotton pad so it wasn't messy at all. It's gentle and does not dry out skin. I have dry/sensitive skin and it didn't do any harm.

I didn't see any changes while using the product thought I didn't use it for a long time (it wasn't because of the product) and I didn't expect any change really .
