The balm comes in a very convenient plastic tub with an inbuilt space to keep spatula unlike other balms which is really clever. It melts literally like butter, emulsifies easily, washes off without a trace and leaves my skin soft and clean. I dont have to use washcloth even after using normal (not warm) water as it washes off without leaving any residue unlike some other balms which need warm water to rinse off the oils. This is important for people living in hot climates because using warm water is not possible in summer for obvious reasons. So, it can be used all year round. I use one tiny scoop for face and neck and it removes my mineral sunscreen effortlessly. I feel it should also remove makeup equally well. The brand claims that sensitive skin can safely use it but I suggest patch testing because it has essential oils though I personally didn’t experience any irritation. I love the minty herbal scent of this balm which fades away as soon as it’s washed off. I recommend this to dry, combo and oily skins but I’ve seen my sensitive friends enjoying this without any issues.
