I like the bottle and dropper. Cute packaging. I honestly didn't see any difference in my dark circles and I don't have bags so I wouldn't know. It's too sticky for my liking. I bought 6 bottles from BoxyCharm and wish I hadn't. I will continue to use in hopes of it working considering I already paid for them.
