[Discontinued] Cicarelief Cica Cream
While many of you guys have heard of Cica Cream and even used them, I haven't.
Surprising, isn't it? Well, looks like I was ignorant of this. LOLš
Anyway, my very first Cica Cream was Real Barrierās Cica Cream or better known as ATOPALMās Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream.
I've never tried this so I was excited to try it.
And I had heard great things about this cream like how it's formulated with high concentrations of calamine which helps protect skin while panthenol and madecassoside work together to calm and soothe skin; ideal for dry, sensitive skin, breakouts, sun burns or rashes from poison ivy ā on both the face and body and formulated without parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrances, artificial dyes, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, benzophenone, propylene glycol, pegs and diethanolamine.
Wow! I've never heard of a cream that doesn't have harmful ingredients and still effective to treat troubled and dehydrated skin.
Most creams contain paraben, stuff like that, but the Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream was anything but different.
And here's a review on Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream.
šAbout Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream:
Real Barrierās Cica Cream is an innovative and clinically tested cream which soothes, calms and helps skin recover from external aggressors.
It is formulated with high concentrations of calamine which helps protect skin while panthenol and madecassoside work together to calm and soothe skin.
The pink, powdery cream absorbs quickly, is non-greasy and imparts long-lasting hydration. Itās ideal for dry, sensitive skin and can be used on breakouts, sun burns or rashes from poison ivy ā on both the face and body.
Lastly, Itās formulated without parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrances, artificial dyes, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, benzophenone, propylene glycol, pegs and diethanolamine.
And one really cool thing about this cream is that it's formulated with Atopalmās patented MLEĀ® Skin Barrier Formula.
The MLEĀ® Skin Barrier Formula aids in restoring and strengthening a weakened skin barrier and as well as provides skin with serious moisture.
How cool is that?
šKey Ingredients:
CalaminešUsed to tame flare ups, soothe, beat acne and soothe irritated skin.
PanthenolšSoothes and proltects the skin.
MadecassosidešAn active ingredient of Madecassol, this ingredient produces a soothing effect.
šTexture:
The cream is semi-thick, pink in color, absorbs quickly and is non greasy.
šPackaging:
This pink, powdery cream is housed in an aluminium tube, output hole is sealed with an aluminum seal and its cover is a screw-typed one.
However, there's one thing I don't like about this packaging and that's when the cream gushes out due to the sudden opening of its seal.
It has made me lost quite some good cream thereš¢.
And speaking about travel size friendliness, I'm not sure because
Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream packaging is a bit bulky(35 g)
But still, it's a good cream
and it will be your go-to whenever and wherever you need itš
Moving on to its primary packaging which is a rectangular box that housed this tube, there's information(Ingredients and directions on how to use) in Korean and English listed on it.
The same goes with the aluminium tube.
šScent:
A blend of Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, and Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil gives this cream an almost-like aromatherapy scent.
It's pleasant to my nose and I'm glad to know that Real Barrier never add artificial fragrances to any of their products. Absolutely love that about Real Barrierš
šWho is this cicarelief cream?
For anyone with Irritated, angry, itchy, red skin.
(ĀÆ`Ā·._.Ā·Personal ExperiencesĀ·._.Ā·Ā“ĀÆ)
Like I said, absolutely my first time using Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream and I must say it literally does as it claims.
Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream claims it's ideal for dry, sensitive skin and can be used on breakouts and so, I decided to give it a try.
On the first day I used this cream, I had a pustule and some acne scars on my chin.
I applied some cream on the affected area once per day over the week, to be precise: 10 days.
10 days later, my pustule had reduced to a scar but the acne scarrings from the 1st day are still there, they didn't disappear but just less visible than what they previously looked like.
Overall, it's good and I have nothing to complained about.
Another thing I like about Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream is how after blending it in, leaves a pretty, dewy and healthy look to my skin.
The dewy and silky look is one of my favourite!
I'm not sure if any Cica Cream gives this because if not, I'm going to use
Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream for life!š
Real Barrier products' concept of being free from harmful ingredients and yet proven effective is very much well-liked by me.
I also love the key ingredients contained in this cream to soothe irritated and dry skin and the unique blend of Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil and Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil which gives this cream an aromatherapy-like scent.
Lastly, since Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream is formulated with Atopalmās patented MLEĀ® Skin Barrier Formula which aids in restoring and strengthening a weakened skin barrier, I couldn't resist not trying it out.
Afterall, It's not everytime you find a good cream that hydrates as well as helps strengthen a weakened skin barrier.
Guys, if you're looking for a good skin recovery cream that helps reduce the appearance of inflammation and scarrings as well as breakouts, Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream is your go-to.
It cools, soothes, reduces and helps to strengthen the skin barrier.
Nothing makes my skin feels as good as Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream does so I will rate it 5 ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ stars for everything.
None bad experiences at all
