Clear Collective Balancing Capsule Toner

I really like this for the Toner Challenge because it is a Toner and serum combination. It removes any residue that the cleanser doesn't get. Plus I like the thicker liquid because it doesn't pour out too quickly so I don't have waste.

Nothing bad about it!!
