W/ its lightweight texture, I can apply 2-3 layers whenever I use this. True to its claims, this 61% Chrysanthemum essence toner delivered in providing ample moisture & soothing benefits to my oily dehydrated acne-prone skin. I noticed how it gave a slightly nourished feeling as well w/o feeling heavy/greasy on the skin as there’s that subtle layer it forms coating the skin after being fully absorbed. The glow-up it gives is something worth mentioning too! As I like how it gives a subtle healthy glow w/ a refreshed, soothed, plump & supple finish! ✨ Perfect for the stressful hot summer!
