My Impression: Here is the best suncreen at rainy season. It can be both mosturizer and sunscreen with Low SPF. When rainy season comes, I use it because I would rather stay at home than go outside. Its claims is true that it moisturizes, protects and hydrates my skin. Unfortunately, not to use it at dry season because it causes some redness and tiny bumps on my cheeks. In conclusion, its best time is when rainy season comes. All in all, I'd rate this a 3.2/5
