Comes in 60 patches in a jar. I like that it comes with a tiny spoon to scoop the patches to avoid contamination. The bird nest is said to strengthen the skin barrier. I keep the patches in the fridge so when I do use them, they are cooling and instantly refresh my under eyes. The hydrogel patch helps with skin tightening and it fits nicely on my face line. My under eyes don't look as swollen and tired the next day. SNP actually suggested a few ways to use these patches such as under the eyes, cheeks, neck, and forehead.
