I don't like that it had to be removed with another cleanser or a cloth. Warm water in the shower or sink wasn't enough to remove all the product so I would be left with an oily fiml on my skin. If I double cleansed or used a cloth it was no issue. It didn't get all my eye makeup off especially my waterproof mascara 

This was great for my sensitive skin around my eyes, it didn't irritate them at all. It removed most makeup pretty well
