This is a hugely popular toner in Korea and on Olive Young. 🌹 it contains rose water, not purified water, and also contains hyaluronic acid 👃 it has such a beautiful rose scent. It feels so natural and nothing artificial or forced. The scent is absolutely the best! 💡 it is an overall a great toner. It is soothing and hydrating, but unlike other toners I have used, I did not feel like the hydration went to different levels of my skin. 💧 it is a watery toner and absorbs fast.
