Kind To Skin Soothing Facial Toner

I’d been needing a toner in my routine and i settled for this.I’ld describe it as simple and gentle.It doesnt offer any dramatic change to your skin besides slowly soothing due to the panthenol and allantoin it contains.It also contains niacinamide which is an added plus.Overal i’ld give it a 3/5.

No it isnt; it does what it says -“soothing”
