A big volume (70ml) Korean sunscreen for less than RM 10 (~2.50 USD)?!? 😱😲 🌞 UV Filters Octinoxate, octisalate, titanium dioxide & tinosorb S/bemotrizinol 🗝 Other notable ingredients Niacinamide, pomegranate extract, fig extract, white mulberry extract, ginkgo extract, vitamin E & fragrance 💭 My thoughts This a hybrid sunscreen with 4 UV filters. It's an incredibly cost effective sunscreen as you get quite a large amount for the price of an iced coffee or boba milk tea 🧋 Claims to be water and sweat resistant with additional whitening benefit. Note that this is actually the renewed version as they've reformulated the ingredients from the previous version. First of, the scent. This sunscreen contains fragrance and it has a strong floral, rose scent. The scent lingers for quite awhile but still tolerable to my nose. The texture is interesting. It looks like a thick white cream but when applied on the skin, it feels like a watery cream. Very lightweight and easy to spread 👍🏼 It also does not sting my eyes at all even when I rub it all over my eyelids 🙌 However, I find that this sunscreen does leave a sort of whitecast, and depending on your skin tone it can either be overwhelming or just a brightening tone-up effect. Blending and application is key with this one. I noticed that when I apply two fingers length directly on my face and then blending them all together, it becomes really hard to spread and the whitecast is obvious. But when I apply the same amount but at one part of the face at a time and really taking time to blend it out, it looks so much better. It also sticks to my eyebrows and hairline and just won't go away. The finish is natural to semi-dewy. It's not too glowy so it should suit most skin types and you most definitely need to double cleanse in order to remove it properly. Overall, it's a decent sunscreen for its price point.
