Toning is my favorite part of my routine! Although this formula is gentle and hydrating, it does contain rosemary and Witch Hazel. I use this one a cotton pad to gently remove any residual residue, and focus on my T-Zone. This is a great clarifying toner, also helps with sebum production throughout the day.
It has Witch Hazel and Rosemary...not great for super sensitive skin
