It comes with microneedle every patches and once applied(there is a little tingling feeling because of needles) it will dissolve eventually. I like it because it is jammed-pack with ingredients specifically for dark spots concern. You can put it in the affected area for 6 hours, use it for 2-3 times a week. It is easy to apply and remove.
