Smilesandtulip review for Counter Balance Oil Control Hydrator

I have combination skin and my t-zone gets very oily…especially in the summer with the heat and sweat. This has helped calmed my skin down so that my skin is not as oily by mid-day. I don’t see much difference with pore size reduction but just the fact that it mattifies my skin makes me recommend this 100%!
