This stuff actually works! I have really sore, aching knees and legs at the end of the day, and this gel is very soothing when applied to those affected areas. This gel is cool to the touch when first applying, but then begins to warm the joints and muscles and seems to almost instantly sooth my aches and pains. The scents of rosemary and ginger are extremely comforting. I highly recommend this product!
